Payment must be made by 3:00 pm THE DAY BEFORE the test date.
Refunds may only be issued prior to the applicant's scheduled testing date.
Applicants may only reschedule their testing date ONE TIME before their testing fee is forfeited. If an applicant needs to reschedule a second time, they must pay an additional testing fee.
